This is an other woderful recipe from my brother Seri.Long before I posted a tri-color yogurt rice recipe that I made following his recipe. He sent me his recipe last week.Let us see how this curry is made. Here it is in his own words-------------
My Recipe Requires :
-----------------------------
Beets....................2
Onion...................1
Frozen beans.........100 grams
Frozen peas............half-cup
Frozen mix of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower...........250 grams
Seasoning Ingredients :
--------------------------------
Oil...........................................................................2tbsp
Minapappukaram/Spiced Lentil Powder....................1tbsp(Recipe is here)
Salt..........................................................................to taste
Preparation :
--------------------
First I put oil in the pan, then added onions and fried them a bit then added beets and slow cooked them for 10 mins and then added my frozen vegetables and cooked them until they reached the right consistency and then added salt and minapa pappu karam and cooked everything for 15 mins more.
Well, I also garnished the curry with some shredded carrot and mint leaves on top, as is obvious from the pictures :)
