1) Tomato Rice from PranisKitchen by Prani.
I followed the recipe as is and it tasted very delicious except that I used slit whole chillies and did not add any chilli powder.Thank you Prani for sharing this delicious Tomato Rice with us.
2) ChanaDaal Chutney from Samayal Corner by Sathya.
I followed the recipe as is except I used coconut pieces instead of grated coconut. This is a new chutney to us and it really tasted well.Thank you Sathya for this delicious Kadalai Paruppu Thogayal.
3) Ivy Gourd StirFry from Samayal Corner by Sathya.
I was having Ivy Gourd handy and while I was looking for the chanadaal chutney from Sathya's blog, I came across this simple and delicious curry and decided to make it.It is my husband's favorite vegetable and it was so nice that he volunteered to make it and made this entire dish according to the directions I was reading to him from this recipe.Thank you Sathya for sharing this delicious recipe with us.
A special thank you to my Dear Husband for making this delicious Ivy Gourd Curry. This recipe is going to His Cooking Event by Priti .
