Today is Tuesday and am back with 2 delicious recipes that I tried and tasted from 2 wonderful bloggers.These 2 recipes were very easy to make and delicious to taste.Here are the tried and tasted recipes without any delay-----------
1) Cucumber Salad with Yogurt from TorviewToronto by Akheela.
I followed the recipe as is except that I left the peel on.This cucumber salad was so yummy that my kids asked for more.It was very refreshing and just right for the hot summer day.Thank you Akheela for sharing this delicious recipe with us.
2) Tangy Amaranth Leaves Stew/Thotakura Pulusu from Sailu's Kitchen by Sailu.
I followed the recipe as is and it tasted very delicious.This stew goes very well with rotis and rice too.We all loved it.Thank you Sailu for sharing this delicious recipe with us.

I also loved Akheela's yogurt salad, which reminded me of Raita, but I have only ever heard of eating the grain from Amaranth and not the leaves. I will have to try this because sometimes I grow amaranth because it is pretty! :) Alex@amoderatelife
