I had some freshly cut papaya at home and wanted to make something cold ,healthy and refreshing for an evening snack.Fruit & Yogurt parfait striked in my mind and hence this easy,healthy snack.
Ingredients Needed :

Papaya.........................1cup(cubed)
PlainYogurt...................1cup(fresh)
Granola.........................1/2cup(lowfat)
DriedCranberries...........few
Preparation :
-------------
Take nice clean glass-ware and layer it first with yogurt ,then papaya and then with granola.Again repeat the layering and finally garnish with dried cranberries.A healthy snack is ready.We can even have it as dessert too.
