Tasty and Healthy Juices on Thursday's: Juice Recipe # 13

Today is Thursday and it's time to share another delicious and healthy juice that I tried this week.The juice I am sharing with you today is a very delicious combination of fruits that everyone generally has handy.I had a few of each of the fruits and ended up making this yummy juice that we all enjoyed.

This is how I made this juice--------------------------

Juice Recipe # 13 :

We need the following ingredients for making this juice--------

Red Apples...................5

Preparation :
Rinse all the fruits under cold water.In a juicer always try to juice the soft fruit followed by hard fruit so that you can get the maxium juice out of the soft fruits.First juice an orange followed by an apple till all the oranges and apples are done.Finally juice the pear.Stir the collected juice in the bowl with a ladle so that all the juices blend in and serve immediately.

This yielded 3 large glasses and 1 small glass of juice.The juice was yellow in color.
