Tried and Tasted on Tuesday's(3T's) : July 6th 2010

Hello Friends, hope you all had a wonderful weekend.Today is Tuesday and am back with 3 delicious recipes that I tried and tasted from 3 of my fellow bloggers. As the SUN has been showing it's intensity for the last few days , I tried the recipes that were weather-friendly and  that help us sustain the heat wave.

Let us see what our friends shared with us to beat the heat----------

I followed the recipe as is except that I completely skipped adding sugar and also blended the icecream too so that it was easy for my kids to drink. This smoothie tasted very delicious and just right for the hot temperatures.Thank you Gayathri for sharing this recipe with us.

2) Avocado Raita by Nithu Bala from Nithu's Kitchen.

I followed the recipe as is and it tasted very delicious. We had it as a side with rotis.Thank you Nithu for sharing this delicious raita recipe with us.

3) Masala Buttermilk by RumanaRawat from Spice Ur Senses.

I did not make any changes to this recipe and followed as is.It tasted heavenly and went very well with rice.Thank you Rumana for sharing this yummy buttermilk recipe.

All these recipes tasted very delicious and at the same time help us to beat the heat.Do visit their blogs for these and more wonderful recipes. Will be back next Tuesday with more recipes that I try from our fellow bloggers.
