Ingredients :

2 1/2 cups oats (i used 3 sachets of maple flavored and 3 sachets of peach flavored oats)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prep your baking tray by buttering it or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl add eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, canola oil ,almond milk and mix them well till they are incorporated. Then add oatmeal, flour, baking soda, salt, and mix until the dough is moist and all the ingredients are combined. The dough will be crumbly. Mix in the chocolate chips,walnuts,dry shredded coconut and chia seeds.
Using your hands make desired size balls of the dough and place them on the baking tray and bake them for 10 to 12 minutes.
Delicious and healthy oatmeal cookies are ready to enjoy. These cookies are crunchy outside and chewy inside.
Note:
---------
1) Add half the almond milk initially. If the dough is dry then add rest of the almond milk.
2) If the dough is feels wet keep the dough in the refrigerator for few minutes and then you will be able to easily make the dough balls.
3) Store the cookies in airtight container.
