Tried and Tasted on Tuesday's (3T's) : Sept 28th 2010

It's time to share the tried and tasted recipes of the day.Today I am sharing with you all 2 delicious recipes that I have tried from 2 wonderful bloggers. The outcome of both the dishes was very flavorful and we all enjoyed tasting them.

Here are the dishes without any delay---------------

I followed her recipe as is and it tasted very delicious.I used the frozen mixed veggies that I had available and also added red capsicum as per her suggestion in the recipe. We enjoyed this rice with a drizzle of lemon juice and some sweet-potato chips as a side.Thank you Priya for sharing this delicious recipe with us.

This is totally a very new way of making tomato chutney for me.I liked the addition of cashews and coconut to this chutney. It has given additonal richness and flavor to the dish.We enjoyed this chutney as a side dish for idly's.Thank you Pari for sharing this delicious chutney recipe with us.

Friends, visit these bloggers for the recipes I posted here and for many more such delicious dishes they have in store for us in their blogs. Will be back with more tried and tasted recipes next week.
