Tried and Tasted on Tuesday's (3T's) : Oct 5th 2010

Dear Friends, It's Tuesday and I am posting one more delicious recipe that I tried and tasted this week from one of our wonderful blogger friends recipes. This recipe I tried is from Nithu's Kitchen,Nithu is well know among many bloggers around. She presents us with traditional as well as modern and innovative recipes. She also does a Guest Post every Monday, introducing and familiarising us with the blogger friends in the blogosphere.

Coming to today's recipe-------------

Kollu Rasam from Nithu's Kitchen by Nithu Bala

I followed the whole recipe according to her directions except that I used unsprouted Kollu(lentils/horsegram) .The taste was very delicious and we all enjoyed every sip of it.Next time I will try it with sprouted kollu.Thank you Nithu for sharing this delicious and healthy recipe with us.

Please visit her website for the recipe I tried today and many unique and innovative recipes that she has in store for us.Will be back next Tuesday with more tried and tasted recipes.

This recipe goes to Bookmarked on Tuesday's Event hosted by Priya Mitharwal.
